Snails, who needs toys and TV!

Who needs toys and the TV, when you can play with SNAILS!!! Grandma took us outside to go on a snail hunt in her yard. We weren't sure at first if we wanted to touch them, but then we did. If we touched only the shells it wasn't bad. Then we lined them all up on the driveway and had a snail race. They weren't very fast, but we got to see them up close. Then we poured salt on them and watched them fizz and bubble. It was gross when they turned into bright green slime. Grandma says they are pests and they eat all the good stuff in the yard, so it was okay to kill them. We had fun, so much so we are going to do this a lot!







In the afternoon we went to the Lindon Water park, but only for a short while. We weren't there very long before there was lightning and they told us all to get out. it kept on lightning so we left and went home, had a rest then went to Uncle Crae's and Aunt Lachelle's to play and go to Olive Garden for dinner. We had pepperoni pizza, yea!!!!!!! When we went back to their house, Uncle Crae took us down the driveway on his 4-wheeler. It was so fun...we need to get helmets so we can go some more.
